He or she has experience in fast food and/or restaurant work and is an excellent communicator--both in written form and verbally.
The Shift Leader is willing to lead a team during each shift and help train team members.
As the Shift Leader, some of your responsibilities may be to:
Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures Manage food and labor costs Execute company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels Provide proper training for team members Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations Report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager The Shift Leader will maintain a professional appearance while providing excellent customer service with the Wendy's fast food restaurant team.
QUALIFICATIONS High School or Equivalency Diploma Required One year of restaurant experience at a minimum Fluent English-speaking and writing skills Willingness to work on your feet Neat, clean, and professional appearance Up-beat and engaging personality Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level Willing to work a 40 - 50 hour week Previous Wendy's Experience Desired but not Required Recommended Skills Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Customer Service Decision Making English Food Safety Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
